When failure to follow these acts is a cause for detrimental fines and restrictions, ITS strives to keep its customers compliant through the use of auditing, monitoring, and vulnerability scanning software.

As part of our human capital program, oftentimes once the ITS team is trained on client protocols (e.g., cyber security), they are required to cross-train their fellow ITS family, as well. This serves two purposes. First, this mitigates any risks associated with unscheduled staffing shortages, and two, reinforces that all team members understand client practices are understood and strictly followed.
